The annual meeting of the members of the Intermountain Rural Electric Association has been postponed until further notice.
As a precaution for the safety of members and staff during the Coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic, IREA’s board of directors voted at its February meeting to postpone the meeting until a later date, when recommended restrictions on public meetings and social gatherings have been lifted. The annual meeting was originally scheduled to take place at the company’s headquarters in Sedalia on April 18, 2020.
Board elections are conducted in odd-numbered years, so the postponement of this year’s meeting will not have an impact on the makeup of the current board. IREA’s annual report will be published in April and posted to this website.
IREA will announce the new date, time and location for the annual meeting on this website, through published notice and via social media well in advance of the rescheduled meeting taking place.
