$19.61 – 26.43 hourly
Processes all types of payments from customers, including walk-in, drop-box, and mail-in. Researches accounts as necessary to balance checks with multiple stubs or account lists. Updates accounts through the cash drawer process. Adheres to the cash-out process for large amounts of cash. Answers all incoming switchboard calls and transfers to the appropriate person or department.
Assists walk-in customers with move-ins, move-outs, billing questions and other customer account-related issues as needed. Cashier must balance cash drawer(s) daily. Gathers, sorts and opens mail as needed. Runs postage machine, mail extractor and document inserter as needed. Processes return mail. Responsible to the Member Services Director for performing duties related to phone interactions with CORE members that include opening and handling member accounts and addressing consumer complaints, inquiries and requests.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. One year of practical equivalent experience in cashiering is desired. Must have basic PC computer skills. Competent with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point. Requires valid Colorado Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record within CORE’s standards.
This position will report to the Member Services Director.
