POSITION: Cyber Security and Infrastructure Manager

SALARY: ($129,684 – $174,492)

QUALIFICATIONS: Requires a bachelor’s degree in in technology, business or related field with 10 or more years of practical equivalent experience required. Willing to consider an equivalent combination of training, education and experience providing the required skills, knowledge and abilities may be accepted in lieu of education requirements. Five or more years of leadership experience required. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), CompTIA Security+, Success in managing people, leading change, and developing high performing teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

BASIC DUTIES: Responsible to the Director of Information Technology, the Cyber Security and Infrastructure Manager is responsible for developing strategy and to provide technical recommendations. Identify opportunities to develop a robust cyber security program to include penetration testing, vulnerability scanning and assessments, Security and Incident Event Management, policy management, and compliance and audit. Develop multi-tiered architecture standards, and cloud strategy. Provide capabilities for a fully redundant network and infrastructure for highest tiered systems and support regular disaster recovery testing.
