Salary

$131,818 – $159,500 annually

Summary

The Human Resources Business Partner Manager reports to the Human Resources Director and is responsible for managing the operational oversight of the Human Resources Department. This includes the overall administration, coordination, and execution of the human resources function to include: Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition/Workforce Planning, and Labor and Employee Relations. Serve as the Human Resources Department Business Partner for leaders across the cooperative. This position manages the HR team – Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning, and Labor and Employee Relations employees of the HR department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department. Work closely with leadership to understand and support the unique HR needs of each Division and Department. Develop strategic partnerships with leadership based on a shared dedication to excellence. In doing so, provide management with the information, skills, and resources to manage effectively. Build an inclusive, comprehensive, and forward-thinking approach to human resource policy development and administration; review current practices and policies and recommend changes where appropriate, particularly related to equity and building a more agile and flexible work environment.

Qualifications

An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of human resources management/supervisory/leadership experience
• Human Resource Certification, preferred
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills required.
• Success in managing people, leading change, and developing high-performing organizations, in addition to superb communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience and familiarity with the functional areas of human resources, including, classification, compensation, performance management, organizational design, talent management, recruitment, onboarding, retention, leave administration including FMLA and ADA compliance, labor and employee relations, recognition and rewards, affirmative action and EEO compliance, and relevant employment law and compliance law.
