POSITION: Human Resources Coordinator

SALARY: ($23.18 – $31.17)

QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with two years experience supporting a Human Resources department is required. The ideal candidate has a high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Word and Excel. Experience with human resources applications is preferred. Strong written communication, a high level of discretion and demonstration of strong written and verbal communication skills is also required.

BASIC DUTIES: The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible to the Human Resources Director. This position will coordinate logistics for new hire onboarding, assist in the administration of health and welfare benefits, Department of Transportation compliance and wellness program initiatives. This role will also maintain the Active Directory through the IT Department and maintain HR content on the cooperative’s intranet.
