A Journey Lineman joining the CORE team will be eligible for a one-time sign-on bonus, as follows:

• 1 to 3 years – $5,000

• 3+ years – $10,000

Sign-on bonuses are payable in 3 installments: 1) at the completion of 130 days and successful probation completion; 2) at the completion of 1 year; and 3) at the completion of year 2.

Relocation assistance is payable at hire and has a prorated repayment expectation if the employee separates within 3 years from hire.

Hourly Rate

$51.70

Description

A high school diploma or equivalent is required plus at least four years of apprenticeship training as a Lineman I or apprentice in the construction and maintenance of electric transmission and distribution lines. If no apprenticeship was served a DOL certified apprenticeship program is required.

A valid Colorado Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and a DOT medical certificate are required and must be maintained.
