Bills are due 21 days after your bill date. At this time, only the primary account holder’s name will appear on the bill.
Go paperless! Receive your bills electronically as a PDF with a free payment option from within your eBill. Members on eBilling will no longer receive paper statements. Accounts on eBill are eligible for AutoPay.
For residential accounts only, Budget Billing sets a monthly payment that stays the same for 11 months of the year. Log into My Account or call us at (800) 332-9540 to confirm eligibility and enroll.
With Preferred Billing, you can pick a due date that is convenient for you. Each month your bill will show a due date within 3 to 5 business days of the date you select. For more information, contact us at (800) 332-9540.
Please note that this option may result in a longer billing period on your first bill, followed by billing cycles of normal length. Members who have chosen to opt out of an advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) meter are not eligible for Preferred Billing.
