Notice of restated bylaws

The Board of Directors has approved amended and restated bylaws. The Association’s original bylaws were adopted in 1938 and have been amended repeatedly during the last 80 years.

Restating the bylaws provided an opportunity to modernize the language, eliminate unnecessary and obsolete provisions, make necessary revisions for legal and business purposes, and reorganize the bylaws to make them more user-friendly. The restatement does not affect membership rights, capital credit allocations and retirements, or director elections.

Copies of the Restated Bylaws are available at each office of the Association, by mail upon request, and online.
