Salary

$115,224 – $154,908 (PSM-5)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or related field with 10 or more years of practical equivalent experience is required. Willing to consider an equivalent combination of training, education and experience providing the required skills, knowledge and abilities may be accepted in lieu of education requirements. Five or more years of project management experience required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This role will require effective communication of progress, timely elevation of issues and risks, effective communication with, and management of, internal stakeholders and external suppliers. This role requires strong analytical skills, ideas on process improvements and an innovative project management approach.

Basic Duties

This project manager will coordinate and lead multiple resources and teams, from project planning to launch and execute programs and projects, on time, on budget, with a high level of quality. This individual will provide organizational leadership for the development and implementation of project management best practices and mentors IT team members, matrixed team members, and other colleagues in project management principles. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, experienced, able to effectively balance program and project goals and be deadline oriented. This role requires clear thinking, anticipation of issues and risks, and strong communication skills. Ownership, initiative, solution-focused problem solving, strong people management, and proactive engagement are key determinants of success in this role.
