Salary

$80,496 – $168,896

Qualifications

PM I: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or five years of practical equivalent PM experience required. Willing to consider experience in substitute for degree. Salary: $80,496 – $107,224/yr. PM II: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or ten years of practical equivalent PM experience required. Willing to consider experience in substitute for degree. Five or more years in role of PM I desired. A Colorado Professional Engineer’s license or PMP Certification is preferred. Salary $100,984 – $134,576/yr. PM III: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or fifteen years of practical equivalent PM experience required. Willing to consider experience in substitute for degree. Ten or more years in role of PM II desired. A Colorado Professional Engineer’s license or PMP Certification is required. Salary: $126,672 – $168,896/yr.

Responsibilities

Responsible to the System Improvement Manager for the project management, engineering and coordination of activities related to transmission, substation, and distribution projects. Works in conjunction with the consulting engineer, CORE’s Engineering and Operations Departments, and contractors to schedule, inspect and oversee projects. In addition, reviews proposed contracts and construction documents, prepares as-built construction documents, and reviews contractor billings. Represents the interests of CORE in all aspects of work and ensures compliance with the latest contract standards and specifications.
