Temporary Service Interruptions

CORE provides temporary outages on a first-come, first-served basis upon request by members. A $60 fee applies during regular business hours (Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays) and a $120 fee applies for after-hours requests.

If you are not increasing the service amperage, please email us at dops@core.coop or call (720) 733-5555.

If you are increasing the service amperage, call (800) 332-9540 and select Option 4 to speak to our Member Project Specialists.

Please note: CORE does not allow closed loops, and will not reheat service without written notice from the inspector.

Depending on the scope of work, a reheat release from the governing jurisdiction may be required, per Colorado Revised State Statute 12-115-120, which took effect Jan. 1, 2023.
