Rate Schedules

CORE’s elected board of directors has approved changes to CORE’s rates and regulations effective with May 2025 bills. The changes include an average 3% increase to base rates; decreases in per-kilowatt-hour (kWh) charges for most residential services; increases to service and demand charges; and minor updates to other parts of the rates and regulations.
