Landlord Options

Landlord Billing Agreement (LBA)

If a landlord enters a Landlord Billing Agreement (LBA), service will automatically revert to the landlord’s name when a tenant notifies CORE that service should be taken out of their name.

An LBA will not:

  • Stop service from being disconnected due to a tenant’s nonpayment
  • Put the service in the landlord’s name if service is shut off for nonpayment
  • Allow the landlord to opt-out of an advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) meter

The LBA form should be signed and returned to MemberContact@CORE.coop. For more information or to begin the registration process, call (800) 332-9540.
