Landlord Billing Agreement (LBA)
If a landlord enters a Landlord Billing Agreement (LBA), service will automatically revert to the landlord’s name when a tenant notifies CORE that service should be taken out of their name.
An LBA will not:
- Stop service from being disconnected due to a tenant’s nonpayment
- Put the service in the landlord’s name if service is shut off for nonpayment
- Allow the landlord to opt-out of an advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) meter
The LBA form should be signed and returned to MemberContact@CORE.coop. For more information or to begin the registration process, call (800) 332-9540.
Third-party notification is available to all residential members, with the consent of the member and the party designated to receive the third-party notice. To sign up for this service, print and complete our Third-Party Notification Form, then return it to CORE via mail to 5496 N. US Highway 85, Sedalia, CO 80135, or via email to MemberContact@CORE.coop.
