“We are beyond thrilled to welcome the first data center in Parker and honored that Flexential and CORE chose to partner with us,” said Parker Mayor Jeff Toborg. “We look forward to expanding our footprint in the technology-focused business space and adding new employment opportunities in our community.”
“CORE’s strategic initiative of growth is focused on creating rate stability for all our members and this expansion creates that opportunity,” said Pam Feuerstein, CORE’s Interim CEO. “Transparency and speed and ease of connection are hallmarks of our business development process that were key components of this project. We are very pleased to welcome Flexential as a cooperative member.”
CORE’s site selection services offer tailored solutions and dedicated staff to meet power needs of new businesses or expansions. CORE’s available capacity at substations throughout the service area also create opportunities for businesses with energy capacity needs.

We are grateful to CORE Electric Cooperative and the Town of Parker for their collaboration in enabling the necessary zoning changes to accommodate a data center. Their joint efforts were essential in bringing this project to life. Together, we are contributing to the growth and innovation of the technology sector in the region.”
