INTERMOUNTAIN RURAL ELECTRIC ASSOCIATION
NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS

The annual meeting of the members of the Intermountain Rural Electric Association will be held at the Association’s headquarters located at 5496 North U.S. Highway 85, Sedalia, Colorado, at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 17, 2020, to transact the following business:

  1. The presentation of reports covering the previous fiscal year.
  2. All other business that may properly come before the meeting.

Note: Registration is from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. on the day of the meeting. The meeting will be held outdoors at the association’s solar carport, which is adjacent to the headquarters’ main building.

The annual meeting, originally scheduled to take place at our headquarters in Sedalia on April 18, was postponed due to the outbreak of COVID-19.
