Customers who can consume the bulk of their electricity during off-peak hours should consider CORE’s Time-of-Use (TOU) metering program, which can lower energy costs.
TOU generally is best suited for customers able to draw less than 15% of their daily power during the on-peak hours of 4 to 8 p.m. and 85% or more during the off-peak period of 8 p.m. to 4 p.m.
