CORE welcomes Stacey Stegman as District 5 Director

CORE is pleased to welcome Stacey Stegman to its Board of Directors, representing District 5. Stacey was elected at the CORE annual meeting April 26, 2025.

Ms. Stegman is the Senior Vice President of Communications, Marketing and Customer Experience for Denver International Airport (DEN), the third-busiest airport in North America and sixth-busiest airport in the world. Ms. Stegman has lived in Colorado for more than 50 years and has spent her career working to improve transparency and public services for the state. She currently serves on the advisory board for the United Service Organization, which provides support for military families. 

“I am honored to serve as a board member for CORE. I look forward to representing my community and working collaboratively to ensure that our cooperative continues to deliver safe, reliable and affordable electricity to all our members,” Stegman said.

CORE Director District 5 includes the communities of Kiowa, Elizabeth, Foxfield, and parts of Aurora and Centennial.

Members within each of CORE’s seven geographic districts elect a fellow member to serve a four-year term on CORE’s Board of Directors and represent their interests in CORE business and policies.
