Exploring Colorado in your electric vehicle (EV) has never been more convenient, thanks to the growing network of public EV chargers.

CORE has 18 public chargers throughout our nearly 5,000-square mile service area. While your car powers up, take advantage of the many attractions and activities within walking distance!

CORE Headquarters - Sedalia (Level 3)

  • Explore downtown Sedalia (across highway 85) and grab a bite to eat. This is a 3-minute drive and about a 20-minute walk.

Miller Activity Complex (Level 2)

  • The Miller Activity Complex (MAC) in Castle Rock offers various trails and obstacle courses. Enjoy the Mini Incline or go for a swim at the recreation center.

Glendale Open Space (Level 2)

  • Explore the Glendale Open Space trails and dog parks. Have a picnic at the picnic bench.

Douglas County Philip S. Miller Building (Level 2)

  • Check out the numerous restaurants, breweries, and cafes in downtown Castle Rock, all within 5–10-minute walks.

Douglas County Fairgrounds (Level 2)

  • Take advantage of the green space and off leash area for your four-legged passengers.
  • Open baseball, softball and football fields.
  • On Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., take a 5-minute walk to the Castle Rock Farmers Market.
  • The Douglas County Fairgrounds Event Center is a 5-minute walk.

Robert. A Christensen Justice Center (Level 2 )

  • A few restaurants are about a 15-minute walk from the chargers.
  • An outdoor roller rink and kids’ playground is about a 5-minute drive across I25.

Castle Rock - AdventHealth (Level 2)

  • Cross over Meadows Boulevard, about a 7-minute walk, to grab a meal from some options of sit-down restaurants.
  • Catch a movie at AMC Castle Rock.
  • Get in some relaxation at the spa, a 13-minute walk from the chargers.

Bennett Town Hall (Level 2)

  • Civic Center Park is a 3-minute walk. You can also find the Bennett Park & Recreation District across Muegge Way.
  • Visit the Historic Charles Muegge House that showcases period furnishings and architecture of the early settlers in the area.

CORE District Office - Bennett (Level 3)

  • Ziggi’s Coffee shop is a 3-minute walk from the chargers.
  • Some gas station and fast-food options are all available within walking distance.

Deer Trail (Level 3)

  • Visit a local bakery around the corner off 1st Avenue for some delicious baked goods.
  • The Deer Trail Pioneer Historical Museum open from 2 to 4 p.m. every Saturday in June, July and August. It’s a 4-minute walk from the chargers.
  • Davie’s Library, part of Arapahoe Libraries, is a 10-minute walk.
  • A Mexican fast-food restaurant is about a 13-minute walk across I70.

Elizabeth Town Hall (Level 2)

  • All within a 3–10-minute walk, visit a number of restaurants, coffee, donut and tea shops in the bustling downtown Elizabeth.

Kiowa Town Hall (Level 2)

  • In downtown Kiowa, pizza and American restaurant options are all within 5-minutes by foot.
  • Visit the Kiowa library.
  • Take a quick 3-minute walk to the local spa on Comanche Street.

Palmer Lake (Level 3)

  • Grab lunch or dinner from a selection of restaurants along highway 105, all within 5-minutes by foot.
  • Get active with some pickleball at Palmer Lake pickleball courts. There is a disc golf course to the right of the chargers.
  • Bring your paddle board and enjoy the water.
  • Satisfy any sweet craving at the local ice cream and candy shop off CO-105, a 4-minute walk from the chargers.
  • Grab some Palmer Lake gifts and antiques from Finders Keepers gift shop.

Woodland Park (Level 2)

  • A 6-minute walk away is Memorial Park.
  • In about a 10-minute walk, find some restaurants, breweries and a donut shop along Midland Avenue.

Bailey (Level 3)

  • Take a 5-minute walk across Highway 285 to South Park Coney Island hot dog restaurant or 2 Dads Eatery and Taproom.

Parker (Level 2)

  • O’Brien Park is right by the chargers with a lot of green space, ball fields and a pool.
  • Visit a selection of different restaurants, taverns and cafes along Mainstreet.
  • Attend a show from the Parker Arts, Culture & Events Center, a 10-minute walk by foot.

Lincoln Creek (Level 2)

  • Located in Chuck Vogel Memorial Park.
  • A 15-minute walk to restaurants & Parker Rd.
