Due to popular demand, we plan to host up to five shredding events throughout IREA’s service territory this year. The first is scheduled for April 3 in Parker.
In coordination with the Parker Senior Center and Parker Police Department, IREA will co-host a free paper shredding event at Salisbury Park at 11920 N. Motsenbocker Road in Parker from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 3.
IREA customers may bring up to three legal-size paper boxes or kitchen-size garbage bags of paperwork. Standard staples and paperclips are acceptable, but all other non-paper materials must be removed.
Shred-It will securely shred documents on-site and later recycle them.
The event will also serve as a fundraiser for the Parker Senior Center. Cash and check donations will be accepted on-site. For more information about the Parker Senior Center, visit www.ParkerSeniorCenter.org.
