On May 18, the Intermountain Rural Electric Association’s four office lobbies reopened with limited hours and safety precautions. The rural electric cooperative would like its customers to be mindful of the following:
• All lobbies are open 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Business is limited to bill payments – cash or check – and delivery of engineering contracts.
• We strongly encourage that visitors wear a mask in our lobby. Anyone with a cough, fever or other COVID-19 symptom should not enter.
• The number of visitors is limited. Please follow the posted signs and observe proper social distancing – a minimum of 6 feet of separation.
To limit in-person contact, IREA prefers customers do business online, by phone or mail. The My Account feature on IREA’s website can be used for payments, inquiries and other account activity. IREA’s call center can be reached via (800) 332-9540 and is available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
