Survey to seek input on customer satisfaction

As part of IREA’s commitment to providing excellent customer service, the association will be conducting phone surveys in late June.

The goal of each approximately five-minute survey is to gather customers’ opinions regarding IREA and the service we provide.

The surveys will be conducted by live callers, rather than via automated call, internet or email. Survey participants will be randomly selected; not all IREA customers will receive a call.

We encourage all customers who do receive a call to take part in the survey so that IREA can better serve you.
