Temporary outages are provided free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis during regular business hours Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays.
If you are not increasing the service amperage, please email us at dops@core.coop or call (720) 733-5555.
If you are increasing the service amperage, call (800) 332-9540 and select Option 4 to speak to an Engineering Services Representative.
Please note: CORE does not allow closed loops, and will not reheat service without written notice from the inspector.
Depending on the scope of work, a reheat release from the governing jurisdiction may be required, per Colorado Revised State Statute 12-115-120, which took effect Jan. 1, 2023.
